9:48 - wouldn't pay much attention to it, gotsoccer is a points system based on earning points in certain events. tonka received 40% of their points for finishing 7th in a MRL 1st Division. the fact that they were 5th in MN premier (and the top MTA did not participate) is probably a better indication of the strength of that team.
